How does Monthly billing works?

When you purchase your monthly plan you will be charged for a month. Once your monthly subscription nearly ends, you will receive a message that you will be charged as recurring payment for the next billing cycle. This is making an indefinite payment until the subscription is canceled.

Changing your monthly subscription plan.

When switching to a more expensive plan on the same billing cycle, you need to pay the prorated charges for difference price. But when switching to a cheaper plan on the same billing cycle, your account will be impaired as the new cheaper plan.

Free plan means free forever?

Yes, free plan is forever taking advantage of Taximail with no credit card required to open an account. You are entitled to 2,000 subscribers with 5,000 email credits every month. Free plan restriction are you cannot remove the “Powered by Taximail” logo in your email footer and you are entitle to email support only.

Do you offer any discounts for advance payment?

Taximail offers 17% discount for subscription that is billed annually. You can contact our sales team for the invoice via this form. We don not offer this to subscribers using Paypal as payment method.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime with no obligation.

What payment currency supports on Taximail?

Taximail operates with US Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR) and Thai Baht (THB) currency for any plan.

Is the online payment secure?

All online transactions are encrypted and processed through 128 bits SSL encryption technology, ensuring total security of all data.

Tell me more about the Pay-as-You-Go email credit expiration.

Pay-as-You-Go email credits are valid for 365 days upon successful payment. You will lose all the credits left after your subscription expired. When you buy more credit package, your credits with the account that will expire soon will be used first.

Can I use the Pro features with Pay-as-You-Go plan?

If you currently use the package Pay-as-You-Go is Basic and wants to use Pro features, you will have to use all the credits in the Basic package. And change to buy the package Pay-as-You-Go is Pro.

How are email credits counted?

Email credits are counted as the number of emails you send out. For example, when you send a campaign email to 100 recipients in your list for the first time, we will try to send to all. You will only be charge for 100 credits. When 20 of the recipients unsubscribe or got the hard bounce, they will be listed in global suppression. This is the list of recipients that are considered as “do not send” list. The second time you will send an email with the same list. They will no longer be included. You will only be charge for 80 credits in your second campaign.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

There is no need for credit card to sign up unless you will sign up for Pay-as-You-Go or paid monthly subscription plan.

How do I change my subscription plan?

Just simply click on “Manage Accounts” menu and check out the “Change plan” button. It will take you to the plan selection page. You can choose a plan corresponding to your needs.

What if I don’t have credit card?

If you don’t have credit card or any means of paying online, you may contact Taximail team to assist you with other payment option that is convenient for you. Submit your request here.
